Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation before dispatch

We do not offer a routine return for a change of mind. Whether an order can be cancelled before dispatch depends on the product and how far the order has progressed, and is confirmed in writing. Made-to-order work cannot ordinarily be cancelled once production has begun or materials have been procured for that order. A ready-stock order that has not been dispatched may be cancelled by agreement before dispatch. These limits do not remove a remedy for damage or a defect that applicable law requires.

Advance Payments

Advance payments confirming a made-to-order order are non-refundable once materials are purchased or fabrication has started. A partial refund before material procurement may be considered, minus administrative costs. This does not limit a remedy for damage or a defect that applicable law requires.

Design Approval

By approving final drawings, dimensions, and finishes, you authorise production. Changes after approval may incur additional charges and timeline extensions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank or payment-gateway timelines.
