Terms & Conditions

Agreement

By accessing Vyomika Atelier (operated by VYOMIKA SALES) and placing enquiries or orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Products & Custom Orders

Vyomika Atelier specialises in Custom-made premium interior and architectural metal products (made-to-order). A product is ready stock, made to order, or confirmed with our team before purchase, as stated on its page. Specifications, finishes, dimensions, and pricing for made-to-order work are confirmed in writing before production begins.

Images and renderings on this website are representative. Actual colours, textures, PVD finishes, and metal tones may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, batch variation, and the handmade nature of fabrication.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYOMIKA SALES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or custom product orders, except where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, unless otherwise required by law.
