Warranty & Returns Policy

Change of mind

We do not offer a routine change-of-mind return or exchange. Glass is not excluded as a category. A request for repair, replacement, or refund is reviewed on the evidence and is subject to applicable consumer rights.

Damage and manufacturing defects

For visible transit damage, please send a continuous video of delivery and unpacking that shows the sealed packaging, the unpacking, and the product’s condition, together with photographs, and report it within 48 hours. For a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photographs and a description; we ask for that notice within 7 days of delivery. We review damage attributable to our packing, handling, or arranged delivery for an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund, subject to applicable law. If responsibility is unclear, we investigate the evidence and do not treat the customer as responsible by default. A missing video or a report after the time we request does not by itself end a valid claim under applicable law. Compensation a carrier pays us is separate from that review and is not a condition of it. This review is not a guarantee of damage-free delivery, transit insurance, or a compensation payment.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear; scratches or damage from improper cleaning or abrasive materials; damage from mishandling, impact, or misuse by the customer or a customer-appointed installer; modifications made after delivery; or damage from accidents or environmental factors beyond the product specification. It does not exclude damage attributable to our packing, handling, or arranged delivery.

PVD & Metal Care

PVD finishes require gentle care per our care guidelines. Damage from harsh chemicals, steel wool, or neglect is not covered under warranty.
