Shipping and Delivery Timeline

Production time and delivery time are different. Production time is the time needed to make the product after order confirmation and, where the product requires it, approval of final specifications. Transit and delivery time is the time needed to carry the finished product to the agreed delivery address.

Where a product states its own production or delivery timeline, that stated timeline applies. A general estimate on this page does not override a longer product-specific timeline. The timeline that applies to an order is disclosed before payment.

Where a Shop product does not state its own timeline, production and delivery timelines depend on the product and destination. Please refer to the product’s shipping information; our team will confirm the applicable timeline before payment. This confirmation is not a worldwide delivery time. The applicable timeline can change with product size, finish, customization, quantity, and delivery location.

Delivery Locations

Vyomika Atelier delivers products across serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability may depend on the destination PIN code, accessibility, product dimensions and the availability of suitable transport. If a location is not directly serviceable, our team will contact the customer before dispatch to arrange an appropriate delivery method.

Shipping Charges and Installation

For Shop orders delivered within India, shipping is included in the displayed product price. There is no minimum order for that included shipping. Transport to the agreed Indian delivery address, including a remote area and the vehicle required to complete that delivery, is part of the included shipping. It is not charged again after payment.

Optional installation, crane or unloading services, and work outside the agreed delivery scope are separate from that included shipping. Their scope and any charges are agreed before payment.

Shipping is not included in a Studio per-square-foot rate, and it is not included in every quotation.

Studio orders

For Studio orders, shipping and packing are not included in the displayed per-square-foot rate. They are quoted separately at dispatch, based on the destination and packing requirements. Our team confirms the charges by call or message and obtains approval before dispatch. This arrangement is disclosed in the initial quotation, before an advance is taken. The final agreed charges are recorded in writing, even when discussed by phone.

International Shop delivery

For a Shop enquiry delivered outside India, our team confirms shipping charges, estimated delivery time, and import-duty responsibility before payment. An international enquiry does not start an online payment. The website does not calculate an international shipping charge and does not promise a worldwide delivery time.

Order Tracking and Inspection

Customers will receive dispatch confirmation and available tracking or delivery coordination details by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Please inspect the packaging and product at the time of delivery. Please report visible transit damage, a missing package, or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with the order number, photographs, and a continuous video that shows the sealed packaging, the unpacking, and the product’s condition. A missing video or a report after 48 hours does not by itself end a valid claim under applicable law.

Delays and Force Majeure

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, material shortages, incorrect delivery information, inaccessible sites or delayed customer approvals. If a significant delay occurs, Vyomika Atelier will inform the customer and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

For shipping or delivery assistance, customers may contact Vyomika Atelier using the contact details provided on our website. Please include your order number when requesting an update. Installation, where purchased, may be scheduled separately after delivery and site-readiness confirmation.
